Krátko: Tvoje zápisy, nálady, fotky a kresby zostávajú v tvojom telefóne. Neexistuje žiadny server, na ktorý by sa posielali, a nikomu ich nepredávam ani neposkytujem. Zo zariadenia odchádza len to, čo si sám zapneš — a aj vtedy iba do tvojho vlastného Disku Google.

Kto je prevádzkovateľ

Aplikáciu My moody diary vyvíja a vydáva Andrej Sevcik ako súkromná osoba. Kontakt na otázky o súkromí je uvedený na konci stránky.

Kde sú tvoje dáta uložené

Všetky zápisy, nálady, štítky, mená označených ľudí, fotky a kresby sú uložené výhradne v lokálnej databáze aplikácie na tvojom zariadení. Aplikácia nemá vlastný server ani cloudový účet a tieto dáta nikam automaticky neodosiela.

Povolenia, ktoré aplikácia žiada

Každé povolenie si vypýtame až vo chvíli, keď danú funkciu použiješ, a odmietnutie nezablokuje zvyšok aplikácie.

Počasie

Keď v editore zápisu ťukneš na „Zistiť", aplikácia pošle tvoju polohu zaokrúhlenú na tri desatinné miesta (presnosť približne 100 metrov) službe Open-Meteo, aby vrátila teplotu a stav počasia. Neposiela sa žiadny identifikátor — ani meno, ani ID zariadenia, ani účet. Open-Meteo nevyžaduje registráciu ani API kľúč. Ich zásady spracovania nájdeš na open-meteo.com/en/terms.

Názov mesta zisťuje systémová služba Androidu (Geocoder) — jej správanie závisí od nastavení tvojho telefónu.

Záloha na Disk Google (voliteľná)

Táto funkcia je štandardne vypnutá. Ak ju zapneš a prihlásiš sa účtom Google, aplikácia nahrá zálohu tvojho denníka — jeden JSON súbor plus fotky a kresby — na tvoj vlastný Disk Google.

Používa sa oprávnenie drive.file, ktoré aplikácii sprístupní len súbory, ktoré sama vytvorila. Na zvyšok tvojho Disku aplikácia nevidí.
Dáta zo zálohy neprechádzajú cez žiadny sprostredkujúci server — idú priamo z telefónu do Google API.
Zálohu môžeš kedykoľvek zmazať priamo v Disku Google.
V nastaveniach je prepínač „Zálohovať len na Wi-Fi".

Na spracovanie dát na svojej strane sa vzťahujú Zásady ochrany súkromia Google.

Prihlásenie účtom Google

Prihlásenie slúži výhradne na získanie prístupového tokenu pre zálohu na Disk. Aplikácia si neukladá tvoje heslo a neposiela údaje o účte nikam inam.

Čo aplikácia nerobí

Neobsahuje analytiku, meranie správania ani nástroje na sledovanie.
Nezobrazuje reklamu.
Nepredáva ani nezdieľa osobné údaje s tretími stranami.
Nevytvára používateľské profily a nepoužíva reklamné identifikátory.

Zámok aplikácie

Ak si zapneš zámok, overenie prebieha cez systémový biometrický zámok Androidu. Odtlačok prsta ani PIN sa k aplikácii nikdy nedostanú — dostane iba odpoveď „overené / neoverené“ od operačného systému.

Deti

Aplikácia nie je určená deťom mladším ako 13 rokov a zámerne od nich nezbiera žiadne údaje.

Zmazanie údajov

Odinštalovaním aplikácie sa zmažú všetky dáta uložené v zariadení. Ak si používal zálohu na Disk Google, tú treba zmazať samostatne v Disku Google (súbor dennik-zaloha.json a súvisiace obrázky).

Zmeny týchto zásad

Ak sa zásady zmenia, aktualizovaná verzia sa objaví na tejto adrese so zmeneným dátumom platnosti hore.

In short: Your entries, moods, photos and drawings stay on your phone. There is no server they are sent to, and they are never sold or shared. The only data that leaves your device is what you switch on yourself — and even then it goes only to your own Google Drive.

Who operates the app

My moody diary is developed and published by Andrej Sevcik as an individual. Contact details for privacy questions are at the bottom of this page.

Where your data is stored

All entries, moods, tags, names of tagged people, photos and drawings are stored solely in the app's local database on your device. The app has no server or cloud account of its own and does not upload this data anywhere automatically.

Permissions the app requests

Each permission is requested only when you first use the relevant feature, and declining it does not block the rest of the app.

Weather

When you tap "Detect" in the entry editor, the app sends your location rounded to three decimal places (roughly 100 metres) to Open-Meteo to retrieve the temperature and conditions. No identifier is sent — no name, no device ID, no account. Open-Meteo requires no registration or API key; see their terms.

The city name is resolved by the Android system Geocoder, whose behaviour depends on your phone's settings.

Google Drive backup (optional)

This feature is off by default. If you enable it and sign in with a Google account, the app uploads a backup of your diary — one JSON file plus your photos and drawings — to your own Google Drive.

It uses the drive.file scope, which grants access only to files the app itself created. The app cannot see the rest of your Drive.
Backup data does not pass through any intermediary server — it goes straight from your phone to the Google API.
You can delete the backup at any time from Google Drive.
A "back up on Wi-Fi only" toggle is available in settings.

Google's handling of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

Google sign-in

Signing in serves only to obtain an access token for the Drive backup. The app never stores your password and does not send account details anywhere else.

What the app does not do

No analytics, behavioural measurement or tracking tools.
No advertising.
No selling or sharing of personal data with third parties.
No user profiling and no advertising identifiers.

App lock

If you enable the lock, authentication is handled by Android's system biometric prompt. Your fingerprint or PIN is never exposed to the app — it only receives an "authenticated / not authenticated" result from the operating system.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any data from them.

Deleting your data

Uninstalling the app deletes all data stored on the device. If you used the Google Drive backup, delete it separately in Google Drive (the file dennik-zaloha.json and its associated images).

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will appear at this address with a new effective date at the top.
